Terms of Service
By using OutSlide (outslide.ai, @outslide_bot, and related apps), you agree to these terms.
1. What OutSlide is
OutSlide is an AI creative workspace for presentations, images, and short video. You provide a prompt; we generate content using third-party AI models. You're responsible for reviewing accuracy and suitability before sharing or publishing generated content.
2. Your account
- One person = one account. Don't share credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital-consent age of your country, whichever is higher).
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
3. Free and Pro plans
- Free: 300 one-time creative credits per signup (subject to abuse controls).
- Pro: USD 15 / month, billed by Stripe, with 10,000 creative credits added each billing period. Model and quality choices have different credit prices shown before generation.
- Pro subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel any time from your Account page — your access continues until the end of the current period.
- 7-day refund on the most recent Pro charge if requested via support@outslide.ai.
4. Content & IP
- You retain ownership of the decks you generate. We don't claim copyright on your output.
- You grant OutSlide a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, and serve your decks for the purpose of running the service.
- Public share links (
outslide.ai/p/…) are visible to anyone with the URL until you unpublish.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use OutSlide to create or distribute content that infringes others' rights, depicts non-consensual or sexual imagery, harasses, defames, threatens, or violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated decks can contain factual errors, fabricated citations, or stylistic mistakes. Review and edit before sharing. OutSlide is not liable for decisions made on the basis of unreviewed AI output.
7. Privacy
We process the topic you submit, your Telegram user metadata, and (for Pro) the billing details you provide to Stripe. We do not sell personal data. Full details in the privacy notice at outslide.ai/privacy.
8. Termination
You can delete your account any time by emailing support@outslide.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Liability
OutSlide is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
